How is this different from a normal hosting account?+
A normal account gives you hosting and stops there. You still need a billing system, a website and someone to answer customers. Orvoxa gives you all three, under your brand.
Who answers my customers?+
Our support team, under your brand's name. Every plan includes a monthly number of ticket and chat replies by our team. Replies you or your own staff send are never counted. When the allowance runs out you choose: top up, or stop until next month and answer yourself.
What does the AI assistant do?+
It sits in your customers' client area. It answers questions about their own services, invoices, domains and tickets, so they get help straight away.
How fast am I live?+
About a minute after you pay. The setup wizard asks for your business name, contact details, logo, colours and template, and fills them in across the whole website. You start on a free yourbrand.orvoxa.com address. On Growth and Scale you can connect your own domain or buy one from us.
What is the AI website rewrite?+
An add-on for USD 9, paid once per website. It does keyword research for your business and rewrites the template text into your own words, so your site doesn't read like everyone else's.
