Are these prices per reseller or per end-customer?+

Per reseller (you). Your end-customers don't pay Orvoxa anything — they pay you, at whatever price you set. The plan governs how many customer accounts you can run.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?+

Yes. Upgrades prorate immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you don't lose paid-for capacity.

Is there an annual discount?+

Annual billing gets you 2 months free (~17% off). You can also pre-fund a wallet for up to 20% bonus credits — see the wallet ladder above.

What counts as one 'customer account'?+

One end-customer in your tenant. They can have multiple services, domains, mailboxes — all included in one account slot. They share your plan's storage and bandwidth pool; you decide how to allocate it. Our panel makes this easy — set per-customer storage/BW quotas in one click, or let them draw from the pool dynamically.

What if I exceed my account or pool limit?+

We don't suspend you. Customer-account overage bills at the marginal rate of the next tier ($0.50/account on Starter, $0.40 on Agency, $0.35 on Scale). Storage and bandwidth overage bill at the published $/GB and $/TB rates shown in the comparison table. Everything appears on the next invoice — no surprise charges.

Why don't you advertise 'unlimited' storage or bandwidth?+

Because nothing in physical infrastructure is unlimited — every 'unlimited' reseller product has hidden CPU, RAM, PHP-worker, or inode caps that kick in silently and break your customer's site. We'd rather tell you the pool size and the overage rate up-front so you can price your own customers honestly. If you have a reseller that needs more, we put you on a custom Enterprise tier with a contracted pool.

How do you handle a small site with sudden viral traffic?+

CloudLinux LVE enforces per-sub-account caps (the CPU/RAM/PHP-worker numbers in the comparison table). When a tiny site gets a traffic spike beyond its cap, it's throttled — not shut down. The site stays online, pages render slower for a few minutes, and your customer doesn't get a surprise $500 bill. This is how we protect every other customer on the same node.

Do you charge per support ticket?+

No. All ticket volume is included in your plan. Even at high volumes — we eat the cost of being good at support so you don't think twice about telling customers to reach out.
