Account setup and profile

A clean profile prevents payment failures and invoice issues. Takes 3 minutes.

Complete your profile

  1. Portal → Account → Profile.
  2. Confirm name, email, phone. We use these for urgent security alerts.
  3. Add a billing address matching your payment method’s statement address.
  4. If you are a business: add the registered company name and tax ID so invoices are tax-compliant.

Currency and locale

Your account currency is locked to USD based on the brand you signed up with. To bill in a different currency, create a separate account on the matching brand.

Team access

Invite collaborators under Account → Team. Each invite is a scoped user (not a shared login) with audit-logged actions.
